Daisy Chadwick is an abstract artist predominantly creating alcohol ink pieces, acrylic paintings and resin work -sometimes branching off into the photography of said pieces to fully encapsulate their details and intricacies.
Daisy graduated from Leeds Arts University in 2021 with a First Class degree in Fine Art. Her practice developed in subject throughout her degree and continues to do so today - initially creating work that conveyed a sense of movement, drawing inspiration from natural forms of rivers and streams without making the influence too literal. Daisy is now drawing inspiration from other aspects of nature working with new vibrant colour palettes and, more recently, texture has become integral to her artwork. She is excited to see how her work will continue to progress.
Since graduating, Daisy's work has been featured in the 2022 Seawhite of Brighton calendar; the April, May and June 2022 Spring editions of 'The Art Edit' in 'House and Garden' magazine and British Vogue's August 2022 'Vogue's Gallery'.
